Vintage Drafting Table and Reading Stand

This versatile piece from the 1970s can be used as a drafting table, reading stand or side table. Steel base has been retreated with a steel grey hammer finish, it features castors, fully adjustable height and tilt angle, and can even be flipped over for left or right-sided use.
Pine top has been stripped back and refinished, although it does show signs of previous use in the drawing pin marks that have been used to secure drawing sheets over the years. T-shaped base is 58cm wide by 50cm deep and height is adjustable to about 145cm high, so can be used sitting or standing. Top is 76cm wide by 58cm high. $160
